故事描述 Morpheus 一心想要追求紋身店老闆娘 Alison，同時與神經質的妹妹 Sarah 共同經營一家神秘禮物商店。每天的日子都很難熬，於是 Morpheus 在腦海中幻想出一個精神指導（Sean Bean），在生活的關鍵時刻幫助他做出決策。Morpheus 有很多稀奇古怪的想法。每當他需要建議的時候，他心目中的偶像就會出現在眼前，充當他的精神指導。Morpheus 心目中的偶像是……演員 Sean Bean……因此 Sean Bean 將自己扮演（虛構版本的）自己。他穿著中世紀的鎧甲，仿佛內德 - 史塔克剛剛從《權力的遊戲》中走出來一樣。他將嘗試幫助 Morpheus 解決生活中的煩惱，問題是……那些煩惱真的很容易解決嗎？
