Seigi, uno studente delle medie addestrato nelle arti marziali, spesso si sente spinto a proteggere le persone più deboli intorno a lui. Il tatuaggio è un'arma segreta prodotta nella corsa agli armamenti tra l'America e il Regno del Serinistan. Seigi si ritrova sopra la testa quando una ragazza potente, usando la stessa arma segreta, lo insegue violentemente per recuperarla.
